Six kinds of work, one number to call. If your job is not listed, ask — it is probably still a yes.
Most handyman jobs fall into one of the six groups below, but the list is not exhaustive and it is not meant to be. If you have something that does not fit neatly anywhere, send a message describing it. It is almost always something we have done before.
Every job is quoted before it starts. For bigger work like tiling, painting a whole room or a garage revamp, we will come and look first so the price is accurate rather than a guess. For smaller repairs, a clear photo on WhatsApp is usually enough to give you a figure the same day.

Cupboard doors that will not close, hinges that have dropped, toilet seats and cisterns, garage doors and trellis gates that stick or jam, faulty plug points, and blocked drains. This is the bread and butter — the small faults that are individually minor but add up to a property feeling neglected.

Painting inside and out, hanging curtains and fitting blinds, mounting a TV on brick or drywall, hanging doors that do not fit properly, replacing handles and locks, swapping taps and shower heads, fitting kitchen cupboards, and general carpentry. If it is inside the house and it needs doing, it is on this list.

Furniture assembly, shelves and floating cupboards, mirrors and picture frames hung straight and secure, CCTV and DSTV installations, and bathroom fittings like towel rails, medicine cabinets and toothbrush holders. Fixings are chosen for what is actually behind the wall, so nothing works loose later.

Light fittings and downlights, ceiling and bathroom extractor fans, additional outlets, air conditioning units and re-wiring work. Tell us what you need and we will confirm exactly what is involved and what it will cost before any work starts.

Bathroom tiling and grout cleaning, garage revamps, boundary walls, filling and repairing wall cracks, full room repainting and gutter clearing. Bigger than a repair, smaller than a building project — quoted properly after a look at the job.

Trellis gates and swing gates, burglar bars, CCTV cameras and remote IP cameras, intercoms and screens. Security hardware only works if it is fitted into something solid, so the fixing matters as much as the product.
